HOW DO I obTAIN A FREE QUOTE/pricing for an event?
To receive a free quote, please head over to our “QUOTE” page and click on the link to our event questionnaire. Filling out this form is the first step in getting the ball rolling — it allows us to gather some important information and details about the occasion and helps us in pricing your custom event accordingly. Once completed, a member of our team will reach out for a brief phone consultation to go over pricing, explain our services and answer any questions you may have.
what are the steps for securing a date?
Step 1 — Complete our event questionnaire.
Step 2 — Initial phone consultation with a member of our team.
Step 3 — Secure the date by sending event deposit via e-transfer.
Step 4 — Second phone consultation to organize menu selections and finalize details.
Step 5 — Let’s party!
how can i reserve a date?
To reserve a date, we encourage each client to begin by completing our event questionnaire. Upon completion and after the initial phone consultation, instructions will be communicated on how to proceed with a deposit. This event deposit is non-refundable and will be outlined in the preliminary email along with the pricing structure and any other relevant information. Reserving an event date is at a first come first serve basis, and as a company policy, no dates will be reserved without a deposit.
do you provide the alcohol for your events?
Provincial regulations state that the resale of alcohol is illegal in the province of Ontario without the use of a certified liquor licence from the AGCO. For this reason, our clients are required to provide the alcohol at their residence or private event space.
do you provide glassware for your events?
Our team is happy to include glassware for all of our events. We have a wide selection of hassle-free "chic” plastic disposables to choose from, or if requested, we can organize real glass from a third party rental company on your behalf.
what areas of southern ontario do you cater to?
Our team typically caters to Toronto, the GTA and surrounding areas, although we do our best to deliver our services to the greater Southern Ontario region, including westward to London, north to the Muskokas and as far east as Peterborough.
how do we choose the cocktails for our custom menu?
We work closely with our clients in choosing the right menu selections for your custom event. Our cocktail menus are continuously changing to match party themes, individual preferences, seasonal favourites and offer fresh takes on all of the classics. Upon booking, our team will follow up with a secondary consultation to go over the menu options and discuss which selections will work best for your custom event.
do you provide a pop-up bar?
We work closely with a number of rental companies that offer various designs, shapes and sizes of bar rentals. These rentals work best for indoor or outdoor events where a bar space is not already available. Our team does not have a popup bar of our own, but if requested, we are happy to organize a rental that suits your event style and budget on your behalf.
do you have packages to choose from?
Since every DELIXIR event is unique and customized for each occasion, we determine pricing based on the responses to our event questionnaire. Factors such as guest count, location, amount of time at the event, number of cocktails on the menu, if glassware is needed, and if any add-ons are required will determine the right pricing structure to suit the occasion. After filling out the event questionnaire, our team will follow up with a brief phone consultation to go over the details and discuss the best pricing options with you then.
What’s included in your services?
In addition to executing our signature creations on-site at your custom event, our team also plans and organizes the menu design, personalized cinema lightbox, pops and mixes, glassware and any rentals that may be required. All of the ingredients are made fresh from scratch by our team, including all signature syrups, infusions, unique garnishes and the like. We bring on a few extra features for decor, including our DELIXIR neon signage and banner, as well as a few showstoppers, including our champagne sabre, cocktail smoker, the infamous Flavour Blaster smoke-filled edible bubble gun and any other personal requests you may have.
What’s not included in your services?
Our team provides and/or organizes on your behalf all aspects of the mobile bar except for the alcohol, the ice (we can organize an ice delivery for larger events if requested) and the water options(still/sparkling). Upon finalizing the menu selections, our team will follow up with a detailed email including the inventory list for alcohol and quantities of ice, as well as following up with any other necessary reminders to ensure we are set up for success.
